Niesha is a mother of three. One adult daughter (30) and two sons (14 & 16). Niesha is a strong advocate of self-care, as well as, strengths based, needs based, and positive psychology strategies. Niesha has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Samaras Village a local non-profit agency created to Educate, Equip, and Empower pregnant and parenting adolescent moms and fathers to raise healthy babies. Niesha is a member and Mid-Atlantic Regional Director of the National Association of Black Counselors (NABC) servicing North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West VIrginia.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) in North Carolina, Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, and Intuitive Life Coach exploring my gifts of helping others identify, process, and manage different life transitions. I work with people of all backgrounds and professions. My approach is strengths based, needs based, person centered, and eclectic, which means I can use a variety of counseling theories and skills to help you CREATE YOUR BEST LIFE. In my practice, I am creative and charged with positivity with techniques that foster positive life outcomes.

I am educated to specialize as a Christian counselor; however, I have a style of Spiritual counseling that meets the overall diverse spiritual needs of the individual.  

I have overall 24 yrs of mental health experience and I have been licensed for 8 yrs. I specialize in anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, stress management, effective communication, social skill building, problem solving/conflict resolution skills, behavioral modification & parenting, re-entry correctional counseling, and life & career transitions.
