Essential Connections Wellness Services, PLLC currently provides telehealth counseling and assessment services meeting the need of clients in the home or at a private location in the community. Each session is provided with your safety, privacy, and comfort as priority. Niesha is also an Open Path Therapist and can provide low cost affordable therapy services through this program.
Clinical Comprehensive Assessment: $145
Individual Counseling (55min): $110
Individual Counseling (30min): $80
Group Counseling: $25-$50 per person for up to 10 group session dependent upon the group. ** Rates subject to change.

Stress Reduction Services & Life Coaching
At Essential Connections Wellness Services, PLLC we know life can be difficult. You may not be experiencing active mental health symptoms; however, you may feel struck or alone and just want a partnership with someone to walk with you in creating your best life. Our Life Coaching and Personal Development Services provide just that. Rates vary dependent upon customize Life Coaching packages. Rates for seminars and workshops vary.
Vision Board Events
Vision board parties/events are full of laughter, positivity, and future aspirations! Vision board parties can also held in a variety of environments such as conference rooms or in your home with your friends & family. Vision Board event rate vary based on persons attending and venue fees. All poster board and some magazines provided at the event.

With the vast changes going on around you and inside of you, you may previously or currently be experiencing active mental health symptoms which needs stabilization for you to move forward. Call and/or email to schedule your experience creating Essential Connections to YOU! Insurances Accepted only for Professional Counseling Services: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, & Optum/UHC. Self Pay strongly encouraged and accepted.
Some of our therapists are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO only. Receipts for reimbursement can be provided for all other insurance carriers upon request. Deductibles that have not been met, co-insurance, and co-pays are due at time of service. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits for outpatient office visits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is authorization required?
Need a Life Coach on your team? With Masters Level education in Life Coaching, this service meets you where you are to motivate, encourage, and mobilize you to reach your goals! Behavioral and Mental health consulting may also be delivered through the enrichment services.
Most Vision Board parties are 1.5 to 2hr sessions. The 1st hour is a life coaching group session with you and your guests. The 2nd hour is filled with the specific focus of YOUR VISION. Vision Board events may go longer depending on how many attendees. Here are some ways a Vision board helps you to move you forward:
- Helps you think about your life and reality for you to reach your goals.
- Gives an opportunity for you to get connected to yourself and others!
- Serves as a constant reminder to keep pushing forward!
