
Niesha is a mother of three. One adult daughter (29) and two sons (13 & 15). Niesha is a strong advocate of self-care, as well as, strengths based and positive psychology strategies. Niesha’s hobbies include binge watching TV shows, playing board games, playing card games with the kids, and writing her upcoming novel. Niesha has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Samaras Village a local non-profit agency created to Educate, Equip, and Empower pregnant and parenting adolescent moms and fathers to raise healthy babies. Niesha is a member and Mid-Atlantic Co-Regional Director of the National Association of Black Counselors (NABC) where she oversees the North and South Carolina region. Niesha is also a current member of the American Psychological Association (APA).
